By using YourMoves you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The app

YourMoves is a step tracking app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It reads activity data from Apple Health to show progress, streaks, trends, recaps and virtual journeys. YourMoves is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Step counts and derived figures come from your device’s sensors via Apple Health and may not be perfectly accurate.

YourMoves+ subscriptions and purchases

Some features require YourMoves+, available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly at 2,99 € or yearly at 14,99 €, both with a 1-week free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase (49,99 €). Prices may vary by region and are always shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms.

Fair use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, misuse its services, or use it in ways that violate applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page.
